This is the best taichi master. I’ve done these exercises for a couple of weeks now and have been really useful; my health has improved a lot.
In the spring, I stretched my back and just started doing back exercises that I saw on tiktok, I didn’t even take pills and everything went away for me, after that I believed in the power of Taichi and bought myself a 56mins Daily Routine, I practice every other day, alternating with workout , if you do the exercises correctly, then at first it is hard, but worth it, I get from Taichi not only a flexible and healthy body, but also a calm and confident mental state, which is especially important for me since I am now in Ukraine. Thank you very much, Master Zidong.

Great for all ages. Easy to modify to fit your fitness level. Love how each moment is explained and shown. Even shows what not to do, which is very helpful in making sure you have the correct form. You have the option of doing the full length (56mins) or a shorten version (30mins). I would definitely recommend

I am very happy with it. It is easy to follow, and for those of us who always want to know "why", there is a version explaining why and how to do the moves. The moves are gentle, with pauses and preparatory, warm-up moves in-between. At this point, I'm working to develop a routine but I hope to advance to more complex moves and learn more in the future.
I am also enjoying the music and background.
Finally, and equally importantly, I like the Master too; the dude is a great teacher and seems quite genuine. I am grateful.
It’s simple but great routine to prevent and heal knee issues, including chronic conditions. In order take effect, one must practice every day . It included healing correct knee movement, emphasize lateral, medial articulation and inner ligament stability. Of course in acute or severe knee pain need one must check with knee specialist.
This routine is based on principles and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine . Meridian pathway., points related to the heart health, and movement. This are great prevention of heart health and maintenance,
For people who has heart stents needs to be checked with the healthcare practitioner. I would recommend for everybody to step, maintain the heart.
I have tried those moves which I felt I could do, as a 70 year old with hip arthritis. They are mobility and strength enhancing. They feel good to perform. Many are natural remedies for digestion, kidney, and many other problems. I only wish I could get lessons from this Master in person. His exercises are superb.
I have been taking my time going through the videos and it has been wonderful. I was having very bad lower back pain that would not go away and this helped a lot. The muscles get very tense and my hips and back feel so so much better. Wonderful videos. Truely.

Ya hace 1 mes que escogí los cursos y me ha ayudado a tener un punto de partida solido hacia un ejercicio sano y que ha mi cuerpo le gusta. He cambiado todo el concepto de entreno casi por completo gracias al la lógica de cervical, lumbar, cardio y movilidad que nos ofrece taichi zidong.

Very clear explanations are provided for each exercice to take the best of it wth no enjury. The 30 mn daily routine allows a full body exercising in a peacefull rythm and music. A great way to start a day! And feel good
